What is rotatechangelog?

A changelog maintenance command that saves the current changelog in a dated archive and replaces it with the project's empty template. A changelog is a record of changes made to a project.

Use it to archive docs/CHANGELOG.md, create the archive directory when needed, and reset the main changelog for new entries.

It starts a new release or work period without losing the previous list of changes.
