Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.00003 | $0.00355 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00002 | $0.00178 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00001 | $0.00071 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00000 | $0.00036 |
Grade A, and why
list scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Show captured rules with optional limit, sorting, and filtering.
Instructions
Call the list_rules MCP tool from superwiser.
Parameters:
limit: Number of rules to show (default: 10). If user says "top 5" or "list 20", extract the number.sort_by: Sorting optionpreferences_only: If True, only show universal rules without context
Sorting options (pass as sort_by parameter):
recent(default) - newest rules firstimportant- highest importance score firsthits- most searched rules first
Preferences filter:
If user says "preferences", "preferences only", or "without context", pass preferences_only=True.
Examples:
/superwiser:list→list_rules()(10 recent)/superwiser:list 5→list_rules(limit=5)/superwiser:list important→list_rules(sort_by="important")/superwiser:list 20 hits→list_rules(limit=20, sort_by="hits")/superwiser:list preferences→list_rules(preferences_only=True)/superwiser:list 10 important preferences→list_rules(limit=10, sort_by="important", preferences_only=True)
Important: Do not display the raw JSON result from the tool. Present the results in a clean table format with columns for ID, Rule, Context, Confidence, Date, and Score. Also show the total count of rules.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

list is a command published in the GitHub repository mu4farooqi/superwiser (6 stars, last pushed 7mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 3 tokens to every session and 355 once invoked, about $0.0000 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
Other commands, from other repositories
minutes-ideas
Surface recent voice memos and ideas captured from any device. Use when the user asks "what ideas did I have?", "what were my recent memos?", "what did I record while walking?", or wants to recall a captured thought.
learn
Force claude-smart to extract learnings from this session now.
session-end
I'll summarize this coding session and update the memory system with our accomplishments.
memory-store
Store an insight, decision, or pattern to memory.
cc-memory
Configure persistent memory that survives across sessions using a layered approach: split rule files for always-loaded context, auto-memory for organic learning, and optional MCP-backed long-term memory for large codebases.
neo-review
Get Neo's code review with semantic matching against past findings in memory. Use on a diff or module before merge, especially where earlier mistakes in this codebase are likely to recur. Skip for formatting, lint-catchable issues, and single-line changes.
