Hypha – SysML v2 / KerML assistant

Spec citation needs the OMG PDFs
The specification text is not shipped (the OMG license forbids redistributing it), but nothing
needs downloading or running by hand any more: hypha fetch downloads the PDFs into
sources/<tag>/specs/ by default (pass --no-specs to skip them), and hypha generate extracts the
clause text from them automatically – it fetches and caches uv, which
resolves or fetches a matching Python itself and runs tools/spec-extract through it, so no
pre-installed Python or maintainer source checkout is needed. The source documents:
