Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00010 $0.01456
Opus 5 $0.00005 $0.00728
Sonnet 5 $0.00002 $0.00291
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00146

Security

Grade A, and why

review-crm scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/grc:review-crm

Review a Customer Responsibility Matrix (CRM) or Customer Implementation Summary (CIS) for coverage, clarity, and completeness.

Usage

/grc:review-crm [framework?] [baseline?]

The user pastes their CRM content after invoking the command.

Arguments

  • framework (optional): fedramp, nist, fisma. Defaults to fedramp.
  • baseline (optional): low, moderate, high. Defaults to moderate.

Examples

/grc:review-crm
/grc:review-crm fedramp moderate
/grc:review-crm fedramp high
/grc:review-crm nist moderate

Behavior

When invoked:

  1. Display the Data Sensitivity Notice at the top of every response (see SKILL.md Data Handling section).

  2. Read the appropriate reference files:

    • skills/grc-knowledge/audits/document-section-requirements.md for CRM requirements and expected distribution
    • Framework file from skills/grc-knowledge/frameworks/ for baseline control list
    • skills/grc-knowledge/audits/narrative-quality-criteria.md for quality indicators
  3. Evaluate the CRM against these criteria:

    a. Coverage Assessment

    • Count controls/families present in the CRM vs. total baseline controls
    • Calculate overall coverage percentage
    • Identify missing control families entirely
    • Identify individual controls with customer responsibility that are not addressed

    b. Responsibility Distribution Categorize each control's designation and report the distribution:

    • CSP-Implemented: CSP fully handles
    • Customer-Implemented: Customer must fully implement
    • Shared: Both parties (must specify the split)
    • Inherited: From underlying infrastructure provider Compare the distribution against expected patterns (see document-section-requirements.md)

    c. Clarity Assessment For each entry (especially Shared controls):

    • Is the customer's responsibility clearly described?
    • Are specific actions identified (not just "customer is responsible")?
    • Are customer-responsible ODP values called out?
    • Can a customer read this and know exactly what they need to do?

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
