A command for marking a task as blocked in a Conductor-Beads task plan. It records why work cannot continue and can synchronize that status with Beads, a tool for keeping task information across sessions.

Use it to identify a task, record its blocking reason, mark it blocked in the plan, and optionally update its Beads task and dependencies.

It keeps the plan accurate and preserves the reason for the blockage instead of leaving the task looking active.
