bootstrap-repo

bootstrap-repo is a command for Claude Code from nunoamorim99/agile-ledger. It costs 20 tokens per session (223 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workspace command for onboarding a repository into an Agile-Ledger folder. An Agile Ledger is a set of project files for tracking epics and user stories, while a repository is a project's version-controlled codebase.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to set up Agile-Ledger files in a repository and, optionally, propose draft epics and user stories based on past commits.
Why use it?
It creates the tracking structure only when it is missing and avoids overwriting an existing ledger. It can also reconstruct draft work items from Git history for a person to review.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00020 $0.00223
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00112
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00045
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00022

Security

Grade A, and why

bootstrap-repo scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Using the Agile-Ledger Workspace skill, onboard the repository at $ARGUMENTS. Scaffold its Agile-Ledger/ folder from the per-repo skill's templates only if absent (never overwrite an existing ledger — report and stop if present). With --from-git, mine the repo's history and propose reconstructed Epics/User Stories as Drafts in the new ledger's 📥 Inbox, each flagged 🔍 reconstructed from git, following references/reconstruction-guide.md (no invented value or acceptance criteria; Inbox-only; human triages). If git_execution is on, create the setup_branch, stage and commit the Agile-Ledger/ folder locally, and tell the user it is ready to push / PR — never push, PR, or merge. If off, just write the files.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
