error-catalog

error-catalog is a command for Claude Code from OleksiiDotsenko/english-exam-coach. It costs 18 tokens per session (335 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that shows which English mistakes keep appearing across recorded full tests and which habits have been corrected. A habit is marked closed only after four clean tests in a row.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to inspect recurring error categories, check whether habits are closed, and present the results in the learner's language.
Why use it?
It replaces a vague sense of progress with a review of recorded mistakes and test history. If too little test data exists, it reports what is missing instead of inventing a trend.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00018 $0.00335
Opus 5.5 $0.00007 $0.00134
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00004 $0.00067
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00034

Security

Grade A, and why

error-catalog scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 28d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Show the error catalog: $ARGUMENTS

(A bare placeholder at the end of the line above means nothing filled it in: the request is what the user typed after the command.)

First load the coach. This command is only a shortcut: the instructions and the tools live in this plugin's skill named english-exam-coach (listed as english-exam-coach:english-exam-coach where skills carry their plugin's name). Load that skill now — it is a different thing from this command. If it cannot be loaded here, read ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/skills/english-exam-coach/SKILL.md instead and treat the folder it is in as the skill folder. Do not search the disk for the skill, and do not improvise the workflow from memory: if neither works, say so and stop. (Once loaded, the skill says how to find its own scripts.)

Then, with the skill's references/test-review.md (sections 4 and 5): run coach catalog (with --learner <name> if a learner was named), present it in the user's language with the numbers copied exactly, and explain the habit states by the rule in force: a point is closed only after four clean tests in a row. If fewer than two tests are logged, say what is missing instead of guessing a trend.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
