A command that configures automatic translation of spoken text into a chosen language before AgentVibes reads it aloud. It can use a manually selected language or the language in BMAD configuration.

Use it to set, inspect, or disable translation for languages such as Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese, Polish, or Czech.

It lets you listen in another language without changing the text produced by the agent.

How It Works

When translation is enabled, AgentVibes will:

Take the English TTS text
Translate it to your target language using Google Translate
Speak the translated text using a language-appropriate voice

Priority Order

Manual override (/agent-vibes:translate set spanish) - Highest priority
BMAD config (communication_language in .bmad/core/config.yaml) - Auto-detected
Default - No translation (English)

Integration with BMAD

If you have BMAD installed with a communication_language setting:
