memory-mcp-1file: Command for OpenCode

.opencode/command/vida-form.md

vida-form is a command for OpenCode from pomazanbohdan/memory-mcp-1file. It costs 0 tokens per session (2,852 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A milestone-formation command that turns one or more project epics into an approved set of categorised tasks. An epic is a large piece of planned work containing related tasks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review an epic's goals and scope, approve task creation, categorise work such as interface, infrastructure, logic, testing, configuration, or security, and optionally create linked issues.
Why use it?
It ensures the user approves the scope before tasks, categories, and specifications are generated.

Command for OpenCode

Written for OpenCode: installed under .opencode/.

This is pomazanbohdan/memory-mcp-1file's own configuration. It tells OpenCode how to work on memory-mcp-1file itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything memory-mcp-1file configures →

Needs its repository: it reads a path above its own folder, which exists only inside the repository. The line is See [constraints.md](../constraints.md#vida-form) for full constraints..

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.02852
Opus 5.5 $0.00000 $0.01141
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00570
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00285

Measured 1mo ago against content hash c6c6eba4b135, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

vida-form scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

VIDA: Form Milestone

Затвердження формування Milestone та генерація категоризованих задач

Role

⚠️ CRITICAL: Two-Stage Approval

USER MUST APPROVE formation BEFORE:

  • Tasks are generated
  • Categories are assigned
  • Specifications are created

After approval → automatic task generation and categorization

What This Does

When you run /vida-form {milestone-name} {epic(s)}, I:

  1. Load Epic scope - From epic files
  2. Present formation summary - Goals, scope, estimated complexity
  3. Wait for approval - User must confirm
  4. Generate tasks - Using META-analysis
  5. Categorize tasks - UI, Infra, Logic, Testing, Config, Security
  6. Detect OWASP triggers - Mark security-critical tasks
  7. Create tasks.md - With categorization
  8. Sync to beads - Create issues with dependencies (if .beads/ exists)
  9. Trigger Stage 2 - Category specifications

VIDA MODE: Formation

I'm in milestone formation mode!

What I'll do:

  • ✓ Analyze Epic scope
  • ✓ Present scope summary
  • ✓ Wait for YOUR approval
  • ✓ Generate categorized tasks
  • ✓ Detect OWASP requirements
  • ✓ Sync tasks to beads (if enabled)
  • ✓ Prepare for specifications

What I won't do:

  • ✗ Generate specs without approval
  • ✗ Skip OWASP detection
  • ✗ Proceed without confirmation

State Assertion (MANDATORY)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

vida-form is a command published in the GitHub repository pomazanbohdan/memory-mcp-1file (25 stars, last pushed 18d ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 2,852 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-12.
