.opencode/command/vida-sync.md

vida-sync is a command for OpenCode from pomazanbohdan/memory-mcp-1file. It costs 0 tokens per session (210 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that rebuilds cached project-state views from source files and rules in a manifest. It can also check, preview, or partially regenerate that state.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to synchronize project status, lead, and memory views, validate state in continuous integration, or regenerate selected fields or views.
Why use it?
It helps correct stale or inconsistent project information without always rebuilding everything. Check and diff modes let you inspect possible changes before applying them.

This is pomazanbohdan/memory-mcp-1file's own configuration. It tells OpenCode how to work on memory-mcp-1file itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything memory-mcp-1file configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.00210
Opus 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00084
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00042
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00021

Measured 1mo ago against content hash 070ed7d1d6b4, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

vida-sync scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

VIDA: State Synchronization

Read and execute the VIDA sync command instructions:

@vida/commands/vida-sync.md

Use @AGENTS.md for Memory Protocol context.

Syntax

/project:vida-sync [OPTIONS]

OPTIONS:
(none) Smart sync - regenerate only if stale
--force Force full regeneration regardless of cache
--check Validate only, report issues, no file changes
--diff Show what would change without applying
--view=NAME Regenerate specific view only (lead|status|memory)
--fields=X,Y Regenerate only specific fields (partial sync)

Purpose

Regenerate project state from source artifacts using derivation rules defined in manifest.yaml. Produces cached projections for fast reads by other VIDA commands.

When to Use

  • Manual: When state seems out of sync
  • Auto: Triggered by /vida-lead when state is stale
  • CI/CD: With --check for validation
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
