Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00010 | $0.01355 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00542 |

Grade A, and why
publish scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 172 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Publish Site to GitHub Pages
Build a generated report site and publish it to GitHub Pages.
Workflow
Step 1: Locate the Site
If a path was provided in the arguments, use it. Otherwise, ask the user:
- "What is the path to the generated site directory?"
Verify it's a valid site project by checking for package.json in the directory.
Step 2: Detect Project Type
Read package.json to determine the framework:
- Vite (has
vitein devDependencies): build output goes todist/ - Next.js (has
nextin dependencies): build output goes toout/(requiresoutput: "export"innext.config.ts)
Step 3: Ask Publish Method
Use AskUserQuestion to ask:
"How do you want to publish?" with options:
- GitHub Pages (Recommended) — Create a GitHub repo, push the code, and enable GitHub Pages with automatic deployments. Every future
git pushwill redeploy. - Build only — Just run the build. You'll get a folder (
dist/orout/) with static HTML/CSS/JS files you can upload anywhere (Netlify, Vercel, any web host).
Step 4: Build the Site
Run the build:
cd <site-directory>
npm install # only if node_modules/ doesn't exist
npm run build
Verify the build succeeds and the output directory (dist/ or out/) exists.
If the build fails, diagnose and fix the error, then retry.
Step 5a: GitHub Pages Publish
If the user chose GitHub Pages:
-
Ask for repo name — Use AskUserQuestion: "What should the GitHub repository be called?" with options:
- The site directory name (e.g.,
ontario-tax-valuation-site) - Custom name
- The site directory name (e.g.,
-
Set base path — The site will be hosted at
https://<username>.github.io/<repo-name>/, so asset paths need the repo name as a prefix:- Vite sites: Update
baseinvite.config.jsto'/<repo-name>/' - Next.js sites: Add
basePath: '/<repo-name>'innext.config.ts(ornext.config.mjs)
After updating the config, rebuild so the output reflects the new base path.
- Vite sites: Update
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

publish is a command published in the GitHub repository reggiechan74/cc-plugins (7 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 10 tokens to every session and 1,355 once invoked, about $0.0000 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-01.
