- 🔴 Critical — directly addresses the current Bottleneck or enables the One Objective
- 🟡 Important — necessary but not bottleneck-breaking
- 🟢 Maintenance — required to keep existing commitments
- ⚪ Question — unclear connection to OOBG; flag it
Prioritize ruthlessly:
