A command that refreshes a repository's Claude configuration files from installed agentic-skeleton templates. It covers hooks, rules, commands, and agents under .claude/.

Use it after the agentic-skeleton templates change, to update matching .claude files while leaving settings, policy, and repository-specific files alone.

It avoids manually copying updated shared infrastructure into a repository and reduces the chance of overwriting repository-specific settings or content.
