A project setup command for starting an ADSK spec-driven workflow, where project work is planned and checked against written specifications. It detects the project's tools and confirms where plans, verification commands, and skills are stored.

Use it to inspect a project's technology stack, locate its planning and command files, check that ADSK skills are available, and prepare for drafting or extracting a specification.

It removes the need to configure these project conventions by hand and makes the next workflow step clear for a new or existing project.
