create is a command for coding agents from rube-de/cc-skills. It costs 14 tokens per session (2,058 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A project-scaffolding command for creating a new add-on with its folders, configuration files, and marketplace entry.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when starting a plugin and when choosing its category and components, such as skills, hooks, commands, or agents.
Why use it?
It removes the repetitive setup work and helps ensure the new add-on follows the marketplace's required structure.

One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00014 $0.02058
Opus 5 $0.00007 $0.01029
Sonnet 5 $0.00003 $0.00412
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00206

Measured 4d ago against content hash 4a9d68af3ef6, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

create scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/plugin-dev:create — Plugin Scaffolding

Scaffold a new Claude Code plugin in the cc-skills marketplace.

Step 1: Plugin Name

If $ARGUMENTS is provided and matches kebab-case (^[a-z0-9-]+$), use it as the plugin name.

Otherwise, ask the user:

AskUserQuestion: "What should the plugin be named? (kebab-case, e.g. my-plugin)"

Validate:

  • Must match ^[a-z0-9-]+$
  • Must NOT already exist in .claude-plugin/marketplace.json (check plugins[].name)
  • Must NOT have an existing directory at plugins/<name>/

If invalid, explain why and ask again.

Step 2: Category

Ask the user to pick a category from the marketplace schema enum:

AskUserQuestion: "Which category?"
Options: code-review, development, productivity, quality, automation, documentation, devops, utilities

Step 3: Components

Ask the user which components to include (multi-select):

AskUserQuestion: "Which components does your plugin need?" (multiSelect: true)
Options:
- skills — SKILL.md definitions (triggers, allowed-tools)
- hooks — Pre/PostToolUse, SessionStart hooks
- commands — Slash commands (/plugin:command)
- agents — Agent/subagent definitions

At least one must be selected. If none selected, default to skills.

Step 4: Create Directory Structure

Create the plugin directory with selected components:

plugins/<name>/

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

create is a command published in the GitHub repository rube-de/cc-skills (10 stars, last pushed 7d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 14 tokens to every session and 2,058 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
