A command for viewing Linear cycles, which are time-boxed work periods often called sprints. It can show the active cycle, its issues, progress, and status breakdown, or list all cycles for a team.

Check LINEAR_API_KEY and LINEAR_TEAM are set.

Use teams query to resolve $LINEAR_TEAM to UUID.
