What is instinct-import?

A command for importing learned working preferences, called instincts, from a file, URL, teammate, or other source. It validates the data, finds duplicates, and merges new entries into the local collection.

Importing shared coding conventions, testing habits, and other reusable agent preferences.

It avoids manually recreating project conventions or learned patterns when moving between machines or sharing them with a team.
