RAD_framework: Command for Claude Code

.claude/commands/team/ui-integrity-review.md

ui-integrity-review is a command for Claude Code from seanrreid/RAD_framework. It costs 68 tokens per session (391 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that asks a review agent to inspect frontend changes for disconnected interface elements, hardcoded content, edge-case failures, incomplete related fixes, and weak test assertions. The review is advisory and makes no file changes.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it with no arguments to review changed frontend files, with file paths to narrow the review, or with the staged option for staged changes. It also shows a search of related code paths.
Why use it?
It gives a repeatable check for UI changes before they are considered complete. It can review the current branch, staged changes, or specified files and reports the findings directly.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00068 $0.00391
Opus 5.5 $0.00027 $0.00156
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00014 $0.00078
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00039

Security

Grade A, and why

ui-integrity-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

/ui-integrity-review

Run a UI integrity review on the current branch changes or specified files.

Input

$ARGUMENTS (optional):

  • Empty → reviews the frontend files changed since branching from main
  • File paths → reviews only those files
  • --staged → reviews only staged changes

If $ARGUMENTS is empty and the diff is empty, stop with: "No changes to review — the current diff is empty. Pass file paths or make changes first."

Process

Invoke the ui-integrity-reviewer agent with $ARGUMENTS as context.

The agent will:

  1. Read AGENTS.md for the frontend stack (or CLAUDE.md if the project has no AGENTS.md)
  2. Get the relevant diff or file list and keep the frontend sources
  3. Trace UI wiring, audit edge inputs, sweep for sibling instances, and audit test assertions
  4. Output a findings report that shows the sibling sweep, ending with a rad-findings block

Output

The agent's findings are displayed directly. No additional formatting needed.

The review is advisory: it edits no files, writes no .agents/findings.jsonl, and cannot approve a plan. When run as part of /rad-review, the findings are persisted by that command's findings step.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
