fb-ads-automation: Command for Claude Code

Interactive wizard to onboard a new client into the Facebook Ads automation system.

Sets up everything needed so all agents (Performance Optimizer, Creative Strategist, Market Analyst, Competitive Intel) work immediately for the new client.

Preamble: Prepare Context

Before starting, load existing system context:

1. Read knowledge/accounts.md to understand existing clients and the registry format
2. Read .env to understand current FB_ACCOUNTS configuration
3. enable_tools(groups="crud,insights") — needed for account validation and campaign fetching
4. list_configured_accounts — see what's already set up

Store this context. You'll need it to avoid duplicates and match existing patterns.

Step 1: Account Setup

Ask the user for three things in a single conversational prompt:

I need three things to get started:

1. **Facebook Ad Account ID** — the `act_XXXXX` ID from Meta Business Suite
2. **Client label** — a short snake_case identifier (e.g., `acme_corp`, `green_valley`)
3. **Client display name** — the business name as it should appear (e.g., "Acme Corporation", "Green Valley Farms")

Wait for user response.

Once provided:

1. Validate the account exists by calling get_ad_account_details(account_id="act_XXXXX")
   • If the call fails, tell the user the account ID is invalid or inaccessible and ask them to check it
   • If it succeeds, extract: currency, timezone, account name, account status
2. Check for duplicates — verify the label and account ID don't already exist in knowledge/accounts.md or .env
3. Derive the client directory name from the label: replace underscores with hyphens (e.g., acme_corp → acme-corp)
4. Update .env — append the new label:act_XXXXX pair to the FB_ACCOUNTS line
   • If FB_ACCOUNTS=brand_a:act_123,brand_b:act_456, it becomes FB_ACCOUNTS=brand_a:act_123,brand_b:act_456,{label}:act_XXXXX
5. Create the client knowledge directory: knowledge/clients/{client-dir}/
