A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

For the chosen items, hand the user the ready-to-run
mv ... .disabled/commands from the script output (or--jsonfor the full list). These MOVE files to a.disabled/sibling dir - reversible, nothing deleted. -
Tell the user: this is reversible (move back from
.disabled/), and they must restart Claude Code (or/hooks) for the picker to drop them. Do NOT run themvcommands yourself unless the user explicitly says to - this touches their global~/.claudeconfig.
Keep it tight.
