What is 4-prepare-resolver-auth-scope?

A command for setting authorization scopes on GraphQL resolvers. Authorization scopes define which access rights a request needs, while resolvers provide GraphQL data.

Use it when preparing resolver access checks, especially for GraphQL fields involving one or more IDs.
