What is speckit.taskstoissues?

A command that turns an existing tasks.md file into ordered GitHub issues.

It reads the feature's task file, checks the Git remote, and creates one GitHub issue for each task only when the remote is a GitHub URL.

It saves developers from copying tasks into a repository's issue tracker and helps ensure issues are created in the matching GitHub repository.
