What is release-note-developer?

A command for creating release notes about developer-facing changes. These include APIs, software development kits (SDKs), command-line tools, integrations, and platform updates.

Use it to document new or changed API endpoints, SDK releases, CLI updates, integrations, authentication changes, platform changes, and deprecations.

It removes repeated work when collecting release details, formatting Markdown, and checking the required structure.
