What is plannable-create?

A command that creates a scenario-driven Plannable plan for a named project or application. The command also sets up the required Plannable structure.

Creating implementation plans for projects such as CRM or inventory-management applications.

It starts planning in one step and avoids a separate initialization command. Scenarios help describe how the planned system should behave in concrete situations.
