export

export is a command for coding agents from Syedomershah99/being-human. It costs 19 tokens per session (332 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that turns a saved voice profile into setup text for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, Zed, Aider, or an API system prompt.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to export voice instructions to a chosen file, append them to existing instructions, or produce machine-readable JSON.
Why use it?
It avoids copying the wrong format into a tool's settings and shows when the result has been shortened to fit a character limit.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00019 $0.00332
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00166
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00066
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00033

Measured 4d ago against content hash d3eef9b87a35, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

export scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Export the voiceprint for: $ARGUMENTS

python3 scripts/export.py --in .being-human/ --target <target>

Targets:

target goes where
chatgpt Settings → Personalization → Custom instructions (~1500 char budget)
claude a block in CLAUDE.md
agents a block in AGENTS.md — Cursor, Codex, Copilot, Zed, Aider
cursor .cursorrules
system raw system prompt for API calls
json machine-readable, for building on

Use --out <file> to write directly, and --append if the file already has content you don't want replaced.

If they didn't name a target, ask which tool they're setting up rather than guessing — the containers differ enough that the wrong one is just noise in their config.

For chatgpt, print the output in a code block so they can copy it cleanly, and mention the character count against the budget. The export fills the budget in priority order and stops, so if it's near the ceiling some lower-priority rules were dropped. That's by design, but worth saying out loud.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
