A command for saving the current coding conversation and its project state to a Git repository. It records the session, journal, focus, and context files, then commits and pushes the updates.

Use it at the end of a work session to create a dated session note, update project state, commit the changes, and push them to GitHub.

It preserves what happened and what matters next, so work can be resumed or reviewed later.
