What is install-global?

A command that installs the starter kit’s shared Claude configuration into `~/.claude/`. This folder stores settings that can apply across projects.

Use it for first-time global setup, checking existing Claude files, and adding or updating the starter kit’s global instructions and settings.

It adds shared security rules, hooks, and settings while merging with existing configuration instead of replacing it.

Smart merge: If you already have a global config, this merges new content — it never overwrites your existing rules.

Compare section by section. The starter kit has these sections:
- ## Identity
- ## NEVER EVER DO
- ## New Project Setup
- ## Coding Standards (All Projects)
- ## Workflow
For each section:
- If the section header already exists in the user's file → SKIP (don't overwrite their version)
- If the section header does NOT exist → APPEND it to the end of the user's file
