taskchad-os: Command for Claude Code

.claude/skills/ai-citation-authority-wave/assets/archon/commands/citation-authority-select.md

citation-authority-select is a command for Claude Code from TheSmokeDev/taskchad-os. It costs 12 tokens per session (649 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A planning command that chooses up to three web pages to create or update, using only already-checked evidence and site settings.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to turn validated search and site data into a precise, limited page-writing plan without editing or publishing anything.
Why use it?
It prevents content targets from being chosen by guesswork and avoids planning changes when the evidence is invalid or missing.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00012 $0.00649
Opus 5 $0.00006 $0.00324
Sonnet 5 $0.00002 $0.00130
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00065

Security

Grade A, and why

citation-authority-select scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 65 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Select the authority wave

Create the exact bounded write plan. Do not edit site content, research new queries, publish, deploy, or use a Reddit account.

Inputs

Read:

  • .citation-authority/run-config.json
  • .citation-authority/site-profile.json
  • .citation-authority/evidence-packet.json
  • .citation-authority/evidence-validation.json
  • the optional fleet intent map
  • existing pages in and around the configured content sink

Only validated receipt IDs are eligible. Select between one and max_pages targets, with an absolute maximum of three. If the evidence validation says no_evidence, write a no-op plan with status: no_evidence and no targets.

Selection rules

  1. Prefer buyer intent, an observable query-to-page mismatch, an exposed SERP slot, or a measured outlier. Do not select on intuition alone.
  2. Stay inside the modes enabled by run-config.json: reddit_modifier, direct_answer, and comparison.
  3. Exact query text must appear in the title. The normalized exact query is the slug. Do not add a year unless a receipt contains year-stamped demand.
  4. Reddit mode requires reddit in query/title and a real Reddit discussion in sources. It never claims Reddit endorses the site.
  5. Direct-answer pages should answer a real who helps, eligibility, process, or problem-resolution query. Comparison pages must compare criteria and tradeoffs without inventing competitor prices, policies, or outcomes.
  6. Read existing content and the fleet map. Reject same-site cannibalization and cross-property intent collisions.
  7. Give every target a genuinely different H2 structure. Reordered template headings are not different.
  8. Use at least two real source URLs. On a regulated profile, include a source from one of regulated.authoritative_source_domains and obey the claims policy exactly.
  9. Include at least two internal links, one of which is a configured service hub. The final rendered gate also requires a service hub to link back.
  10. Write two complete direct-answer sentences that can be used verbatim as the opening paragraph. Make them accurate, concise, and AI-citable.
  11. Write a transparent brand-role passage. It may explain who the brand helps and how, but cannot create testimonials, rankings, licenses, outcomes, or customer counts.
  12. Spanish targets are original Spanish from query through headings and CTA. Use the site's root route pattern and native conversion vocabulary.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
