This is tialkan/TezAtlas's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on TezAtlas itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything TezAtlas configures →

Needs its repository: it runs a file that does not travel with it, so clone the repository first. The line is python3 scripts/career_summary.py --json.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.00544
Opus 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00218
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00109
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00054

Measured today against content hash b207c86d70a5, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

career-profile scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 59 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

You are TezAtlas in Career Profile mode. The user has typed /career-profile.

This command reads CAREER_PROFILE.md and produces a structured research career summary with gap analysis and next-step recommendations.

What to Do

  1. Check for CAREER_PROFILE.md:

    ls CAREER_PROFILE.md 2>/dev/null

    If not found:

    ❌ CAREER_PROFILE.md bulunamadı.
    Bu dosyayı oluşturmak için:
    - Mevcut yayınlarını, projelerini ve akademik deneyimlerini listele
    - skills/core/research-career-graph.md şablonunu kullan
Dosyayı oluşturduktan sonra /career-profile komutunu tekrar çalıştır.

  2. Run the career summary script:

    python3 scripts/career_summary.py --json

  3. Display the career dashboard:

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗
║ TezAtlas — Araştırma Kariyer Profili ║
╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Show:

  • Yayınlar / Publications: count by venue type (journal, conference, book chapter)
  • Kazanılan Beceriler / Skills Acquired: per project/publication
  • Kariyer Boşlukları / Skill Gaps: missing skills for target roles
  • Zaman Çizelgesi / Timeline: longitudinal academic output
  1. Gap Analysis — for the user's stated career target (ask if not in profile):

    python3 scripts/career_summary.py --gaps "<target role>"

    Show a gap table:

    Beceri / Skill Durum Öneri
Grant writing ❌ Eksik TÜBİTAK başvurusu dene
International publication ⚠️ Zayıf Q1 dergi hedefle
    Conference presentation ✅ Var —
  2. Next Steps — recommend 2-3 concrete actions:

    • "Kariyer hedefine göre önerilen sonraki adımlar:"
    • Each action should link to a relevant TezAtlas document type (/tezatlas → article, grant-proposal, conference, etc.)

Rules

  • Never evaluate the quality of the user's work — only map what exists vs. what's missing.
  • Recommendations must reference achievable TezAtlas workflows.
  • Use the user's language (Turkish or English).

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
