Written for Claude Code: installed under .claude/.

This is tialkan/TezAtlas's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on TezAtlas itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything TezAtlas configures →

Needs its repository: it runs a file that does not travel with it, so clone the repository first. The line is python3 agents/run.py citation_verifier \.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.00789
Opus 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00316
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00158
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00079

Security

Grade A, and why

citation-check scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 86 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

You are TezAtlas in Citation Verification mode. The user has typed /citation-check.

This command verifies a specific claim against a source PDF using the Citation Verifier agent. It enforces Iron Rule 4 (no fabricated citations).

What to Do

  1. Identify what to verify. Parse the command arguments:

    • /citation-check → ask for both claim and source
    • /citation-check "<claim>" → ask for the source file
    • /citation-check "<claim>" <source.pdf> → run immediately

    Ask if missing:

    • "Doğrulamak istediğin iddiayı yaz (kaynak parantezi dahil):"
    • "Bu iddia için kaynak PDF dosyasının adı nedir? (sources/ klasöründe)"
  2. Validate the source file exists:

    ls sources/<file.pdf>

If not found: "❌ sources/<file> bulunamadı. Dosyayı sources/ klasörüne ekle, sonra tekrar dene."

  3. Run Citation Verifier:

    python3 agents/run.py citation_verifier \
      --claim "<claim>" \
      --source "sources/<file.pdf>"

  4. Display results:

║ TezAtlas — Alıntı Doğrulama / Citation Verification ║
╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

📎 İddia: "<claim>"
📄 Kaynak: sources/<file.pdf>

If confirmed:

✅ DOĞRULANDI
Alıntı: "[exact quote from source]"
Sayfa: [page number]
Güven: [confidence %]

If partial:

⚠️ KISMÎ DOĞRULAMA
Kaynak ilgili içerik içeriyor ama iddia biraz abartılı.
Bulunan: "[actual quote]" (s. [X])
Öneri: İddianın kapsamını daralt — örneğin:
  Değiştirilecek: "[original claim]"
  Önerilen: "[narrower claim matching source]"

If not_found:

🚫 DEMİR KURAL 4 İHLALİ ADAYI
Bu kaynak iddiayı desteklemiyor.
Seçenekler:
A) İddiayi kaldır veya [KAYNAK GEREKLİ] olarak işaretle
B) Doğru kaynağı bul: python3 agents/run.py source_hunter --research-question "<claim>"
C) İddiayı bu kaynağın gerçekten söylediği şekle çevir

If contradicted:

🚫 ÇELİŞKİ — DEMİR KURAL 4 İHLALİ
Kaynak bu iddiayı ÇÜRÜTÜYOR.
Kaynak şunu söylüyor: "[contradicting quote]" (s. [X])
Bu cümleyi yeniden yaz veya kaldır — devam etmeden önce zorunlu.
  1. After verification, offer:
    • To verify additional claims from the same source
    • To search for supporting sources if not_found
    • To update ARGUMENTS.md with verification status

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
