.claude/commands/status.md

status is a command for Claude Code from tialkan/TezAtlas. It costs 0 tokens per session (762 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A read-only command that reports the current state of a TezAtlas research project. It checks the session, reading progress, and whether the project’s phase requirements are met.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to see the current phase, source-note progress, and remaining phase requirements.
Why use it?
It gives a compact progress check without starting research work or changing files.

Command for Claude Code

Written for Claude Code: installed under .claude/.

This is tialkan/TezAtlas's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on TezAtlas itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything TezAtlas configures →

Needs its repository: it runs a file that does not travel with it, so clone the repository first. The line is python3 scripts/session_start.py.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.00762
Opus 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00305
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00152
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00076

Security

Grade A, and why

status scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 74 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

You are TezAtlas in read-only status check mode. The user has typed /status.

Do not ask questions. Do not start SRL rituals. Do not modify any files.

Execute the following steps immediately:

Step 1 — Run session start script

Use the Bash tool to run:

python3 scripts/session_start.py

If STATUS.md does not exist, print:

No active TezAtlas project found. Run /tezatlas to start a new project.

Step 2 — Check reading progress (if READING_REPORT.md exists)

If READING_REPORT.md exists, count the total rows in it (source entries) and note how many have notes in notes/.

Step 3 — Check phase gate status

Run:

python3 scripts/phase_gate_check.py --all-remaining --from $(python3 -c "import yaml,re; c=open('STATUS.md').read(); m=re.search(r'\`\`\`yaml\n(.*?)\`\`\`', c, re.DOTALL); d=yaml.safe_load(m.group(1)) if m else {}; print(d.get('current_phase', 0))")

Or, if the above is too complex, run python3 scripts/session_start.py and report the phase, then check manually what gates the current phase needs.

Step 4 — Print compact summary

Output exactly this format (fill in real values):

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
  TezAtlas Status — [TODAY'S DATE]
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
  Phase : [N] — [Phase Name]
  Sources : [read]/[total] ([%]%) [✅ saturated | ⏳ in progress]
  Arguments: [N] [✅ / ⚠️ / ❌]
  Streak : [N] days | Inactive: [N] days | Risk: [🟢/🟡/🔴]
Next : [first next_action or "No next action defined"]
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Then, if there are active blockers, list them below the summary box.

Step 5 — Display DASHBOARD.md (if it exists)

Read and display the full content of DASHBOARD.md using the Read tool. If it does not exist, print:

DASHBOARD.md henüz oluşturulmadı. Oturumu bitirirken python3 scripts/session_end.py çalıştır.

Step 6 — Contextual Tool Recommendation

Based on the current phase and project state, suggest exactly ONE tool that is most relevant right now. Use this decision logic:

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
