ab100: Command for Claude Code

.github/prompts/ab100-plan.prompt.md

ab100-plan is a command for Claude Code, GitHub Copilot from timothywarner-org/ab100. It costs 17 tokens per session (267 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A personalised study-plan command for the AB-100 exam. It uses your confidence in Plan, Design, and Deploy, and can also consider an exam date and weekly study time.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to decide what to study first, get Microsoft Learn module links, cover all three exam areas, and check whether a schedule is feasible when dates and hours are provided.
Why use it?
It helps turn uneven knowledge and limited study time into a prioritised plan. Unknown confidence is treated as weak so gaps are not silently skipped.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00017 $0.00267
Opus 5.5 $0.00007 $0.00107
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00003 $0.00053
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00027

Security

Grade A, and why

ab100-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

AB-100 Plan

Generate a personalized AB-100 study plan, prioritized weakest first, with Microsoft Learn module links.

Use the ab100-study-planner skill for workflow, output format, and delivery rules (full plan in a single message).

Inputs

  • Plan confidence: ${input:plan:Strong | Moderate | Weak | Unknown}
  • Design confidence: ${input:design:Strong | Moderate | Weak | Unknown}
  • Deploy confidence: ${input:deploy:Strong | Moderate | Weak | Unknown}
  • Optional exam date: ${input:examDate:YYYY-MM-DD (blank if none)}
  • Optional weekly hours: ${input:weeklyHours:e.g., 5}

Reminders

  • Treat Unknown as Weak. Cover all three domains.
  • Within equal confidence levels, sort by weight (Deploy 40-45% first).
  • If exam date and weekly hours are both provided, include a feasibility check.
  • Surface the AB-100 prerequisite reminder.
  • Do not invent Learn URLs.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
