Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Only the verdict fits; the numbers stay here.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00013 | $0.00669 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00006 | $0.00334 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00003 | $0.00134 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00001 | $0.00067 |
Grade A, and why
build-narrative scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 70 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Build Fundraising Narrative
You are helping a founder build a complete, compelling fundraising narrative from scratch, following the Sequoia arc and 10-slide structure.
Input
The user provided: $ARGUMENTS
Process
Step 1: Discovery Interview
Conduct a structured interview to extract all raw material. Ask these questions in groups of 3-4 to avoid overwhelming the founder:
Round 1: The Basics
- What does your company do in one sentence?
- What specific problem are you solving, and for whom?
- What stage are you raising, and how much?
Round 2: The Earned Secret
- What do you see about this market that most people don't?
- How did you arrive at this insight? What specific experiences led you here?
- What would surprise most people about how this problem actually works?
Round 3: The Market
- Who is your customer? Describe them specifically.
- How many potential customers exist? What would they pay?
- What do they use today, and why is it inadequate?
Round 4: The Evidence
- What's your current traction? (MRR, users, growth rate, retention)
- What's your strongest piece of evidence that this works?
- Tell me about your most enthusiastic customer -- what do they say?
Round 5: The Team and Ask
- Why are you and your co-founders the right team for this?
- What will you do with the capital? What milestones will it unlock?
- What's the biggest risk, and how are you mitigating it?
Step 2: Build the Narrative
Launch the narrative-architect agent with all gathered context. Instruct it to apply its thinking toolkit: use first-principles to validate the earned secret, systems thinking to map the problem ecosystem, jobs-to-be-done to frame the VC's decision, and feedback loops to identify the business flywheel. Request:
- Complete narrative arc (Hook, Interest, Consideration, Action)
- 10-slide deck content with headlines, key messages, supporting content, and speaker notes
- The 30-second retell test
- The core flywheel: a description of the reinforcing loop that makes the business increasingly defensible
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

build-narrative is a command published in the GitHub repository tjboudreaux/cc-skills-vc-fundraising (24 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 13 tokens to every session and 669 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
Other commands, from other repositories
statusbar-style
Switch the status-bar style (classic / capsule / hairline).
fest-show
Show festival progression (in-progress tasks, roadmap, and dependency view).
superpowers-execute
Execute the current GSD phase plan with Superpowers instead of gsd-execute-phase.
verify-math
Verify a self-authored mathematical result end to end by routing claims across adversarial review, numerical falsification, symbolic or CAS checks, and Lean, then aggregating one report. Use when a theorem, proposition, conjecture, or paper-wide mathematical argument needs the appropriate combination of verification…
synthesise-reviews
Deduplicate and reconcile multiple completed review reports into one prioritised revision plan with conflicts and dependencies made explicit. Use when parallel reviewers have returned findings that need a single action sequence. Not for running the reviews; use $review-cluster.
triage
Triage ServiceNow incidents — list open incidents, assess priority, investigate a specific INC, or analyze trends.
