Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00000 | $0.01917 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00958 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00383 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00000 | $0.00192 |
Grade A, and why
quality-publish-confluence scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 156 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Quality Publish to Confluence
You are publishing a weekly quality report to Confluence.
Context
- Parent page ID: (Weekly Quality Reports)
- Space ID:
- Cloud ID: your-org.atlassian.net
- Report source: build/reports/quality-report.md
- Summary source: build/reports/quality-summary.json
Instructions
1. Read and validate the quality report
Read build/reports/quality-report.md and build/reports/quality-summary.json from the project directory.
If neither file exists, output:
{"action":"quality-publish","result":"error","message":"No quality report found"}
and stop.
CRITICAL validation: Check that the report contains real data:
- Coverage must show modules (not "0/0 modules")
- APK size must be > 0
- If the report has empty/zero data, output:
{"action":"quality-publish","result":"error","message":"Report contains incomplete data (0/0 coverage). Run quality-report.sh with full Gradle first."}
and stop. Do NOT publish incomplete reports — they will overwrite good data.
Freshness guard (prevents silent overwrite of prior week): Compare quality-summary.json.date to today's date. If the report is more than 1 day old (e.g. summary says 2026-04-17 but today is 2026-04-24), the previous quality-report.sh run failed and left last week's files on disk. Output:
{"action":"quality-publish","result":"error","message":"Stale report: summary.date={date}, today={today}. Previous quality-report.sh run failed — do not publish or it will overwrite the prior week's page."}
and stop. Do NOT compute week number from summary.weekNumber or from the report header when stale — you would silently overwrite the existing Week-N child page with re-stamped data.
2. Calculate week metadata
Using today's date:
- Week number: ISO week number (e.g., Week 15)
- Date range: Monday to Friday of the current week (e.g., "Apr 7-11, 2026")
- Year: Current year
3. Check for existing child page
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

quality-publish-confluence is a command published in the GitHub repository tomdwipo/claude-soul (24 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 1,917 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
