A command for implementing the first development sprint of Akashic Context, a project that combines vector search with stored memory. Vector search finds related information by meaning rather than exact words.

Use it to add similarity search, connect hybrid search results, implement the memory-add tool, write tests, and run the project's test suite.

It provides a defined implementation sequence for adding real vector results, memory storage, duplicate detection, and tests. TDD means writing failing tests, making them pass, and then improving the code.
