A command for adding a read-only E-Nabız tool from start to finish. E-Nabız is Turkey’s online personal health-record service.

Use it to add a new read-only E-Nabız API endpoint to an MCP server. It is intended for tool creation, verification, and project documentation updates.

It provides a checklist for adding the tool while preventing calls to endpoints that change data. It also updates the project’s documented tool count and version information.
