Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00020 | $0.00532 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00010 | $0.00266 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00004 | $0.00106 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00053 |
Grade A, and why
gtm-positioning scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 29 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
/gtm-positioning - ICP, Personal Monopoly and differentiating angle
This command applies the butcher-productize and doing-content-right skills (exact folder names in skills/).
It works in Italian (userConfig.output_language, IT default) and tailors every output to userConfig.industry, userConfig.brand_voice and userConfig.default_channel.
User input: $ARGUMENTS
Steps
-
Load the skills. Invoke the
butcher-productizeanddoing-content-rightskills by name (they activate from their description; do not use file paths) and apply their frameworks, going deeper with cheatsheets/patterns when needed. Do not copy the books' content: use the frameworks as a working lens. -
Define the ICP. Apply niche & positioning from doing-content-right (niche = targeted, not small) to delimit the ideal customer of $ARGUMENTS within the industry: who they are, their biggest pain, where they already search. Synthesize into a sharp ICP.
-
Build the Personal Monopoly. Use Personal Monopoly and the Ikigai Idea (doing-content-right) together with Productize Yourself and the Uniqueness Question from the Brand Iceberg (butcher-productize) to isolate what only this person is strong at and loves doing. Cite permissionless mentors as a reference source, without explaining them.
-
Write the positioning statement. Produce the "What for who" one-liner (doing-content-right): pain solved + differentiator + core audience, aligned with brand_voice and default_channel.
-
Extract the differentiating angle. Keep the 3-step method (reps -> processes -> scale) from butcher-productize in mind as a long-term trajectory, and formulate the angle that makes the positioning defensible and out of the "more of the same".
-
Structured output. Return distinct sections: (a) ICP, (b) Positioning statement, (c) Personal Monopoly, (d) Differentiating angle.
-
Final red-team. Invoke the gtm-critic agent to stress-test the ICP, statement, Personal Monopoly and angle (genericity, indefensible niche, unsustainable claims); integrate the proposed fixes into the final version.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

gtm-positioning is a command published in the GitHub repository uppifyagency/bettercallclaudegrowth (5 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 20 tokens to every session and 532 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
