Single claim

shutdownPolicy: Delete on the claim's spec.lifecycle means the controller reaps the bound pod as part of the delete. No additional cleanup needed.

This is destructive — confirm with the user before proceeding. Useful at end-of-day or during cluster cleanup.

Anti-fabrication
- Don't claim a reap succeeded without

--allwithout explicit user confirmation. Listing 17 active claims and reaping them all without warning would lose work.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
