What is windsor-types?

A command that creates TypeScript type definitions for the data fields provided by a Windsor.ai connector. Type definitions describe the shape and data types of records so TypeScript can check code that uses them.

Use it to select a connector, inspect its available fields, and generate an exported TypeScript interface for that connector’s data.

It avoids manually inspecting connector fields and writing matching interfaces. The generated comments and types make the returned business data easier to use safely in code.

Generate TypeScript type definitions for a Windsor.ai connector's data schema.

Instructions

Ask the user which connector to generate types for (or use the one they specify).
Call get_connectors to get the account ID.
Call get_options to get all available fields.
Call get_fields with all the field IDs to get their data types and descriptions.
Generate a TypeScript interface with:
- JSDoc comments from the field descriptions
- Correct TypeScript types mapped from Windsor field types (string, number, date, etc.)
- An exported type name like GoogleAdsRow, FacebookRow, etc.
Write the file to the project (e.g. src/types/windsor-{connector}.ts or wherever types live in the project).
