Mode B' — Archive Search (retrospective argument, v0.10.0+)

Claude Code reads ARCHIVE_INDEX from the helper script, picks the most relevant 1–5 archives, and summarizes them in one paragraph each (slug · title · date · what it did · which refs: it linked to).
No new skill invocation — same /scv:help entry, classified by your wording.
