A command that adds Tailwind CSS version 4 and shadcn/ui to an existing React project built with Vite. Tailwind CSS provides utility classes for styling, while shadcn/ui provides interface components.

Run it when preparing an existing React/Vite project to use Tailwind CSS v4 and shadcn/ui.

It avoids repeating the setup work needed to add these tools to a project. It is intended for projects that already use React and Vite.
