What is get-kb-articles?

A command for searching Atera’s knowledge base, which is a collection of help articles and solutions for common support problems. Results can be narrowed by folder or who can see the article.

Use it to search for troubleshooting instructions, filter results by folder or visibility, limit the number of results, and view article titles, summaries, and update dates.

It avoids searching support documentation manually and helps find the most relevant internal or customer-facing articles. It also returns useful details such as summaries and update dates.
