Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00011 $0.00735
Opus 5 $0.00005 $0.00367
Sonnet 5 $0.00002 $0.00147
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00073

Security

Grade A, and why

search-matters scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Search Clio Matters

Search for matters in Clio by client/matter name, optionally filtered by status. With no arguments, lists the firm's open matters.

Prerequisites

  • Clio connected via Conduit (https://conduit.wyre.ai/connect/clio)
  • Navigate into the matters domain (clio_navigate) before calling matter tools
  • Tools: clio_matters_list, clio_matters_get, clio_contacts_list

Steps

  1. Navigate into the matters domain with clio_navigate if you haven't already (check clio_status first).

  2. Build the filter

    • If query looks like a client/company name rather than a matter number, consider resolving it against clio_contacts_list first so you can filter matters by client_id rather than relying on a loose text match.
    • Default status to open matters unless the user asked for closed/pending/all.
  3. Call clio_matters_list with the resolved filters and a sensible limit.

  4. Page if needed — check for a next-page cursor in the response before declaring the result set complete (see api-patterns).

  5. Format and return results — matter number/display name, client name, status, responsible attorney, practice area.

Parameters

Parameter Type Required Default Description
query string No - Client name, company name, or matter number/description to search

/search-matters
/search-matters "Acme Corporation"
/search-matters "Acme" closed
/search-matters "" all

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
