For high-responsibility, public, intimate, long-evolution, deep-analysis, or article workflows, ensure the underlying crossframe step reads runtime-read-policy.md, read-routing-map.md, and continuity-closure-map.md; include the triggered continuous reading bundles in the dispatch outline and expand continuity-bundles.md / source-continuity-check.md only when an audit needs details.
