evaluation-report

evaluation-report is a command for Claude Code from yeaight7/agent-powerups. It costs 20 tokens per session (264 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A command that creates a report on a trained model's performance, including comparisons with a simple baseline, results for different groups, and common errors.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to produce a Markdown evaluation report with key metrics, baseline comparisons, subgroup results, and error analysis.
Why use it?
A single overall score can hide poor performance for particular groups or costly types of mistakes. The report makes those trade-offs visible.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00020 $0.00264
Opus 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00106
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00004 $0.00053
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00026

Security

Grade A, and why

evaluation-report scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Evaluation Report Command

CRITICAL BEHAVIORAL RULES

  1. Compare to Baseline: Performance in a vacuum is useless. The report MUST contrast the model's metrics against a naive baseline (e.g., predicting the mean or majority class) or the previous model version.
  2. Highlight the Trade-offs: Emphasize what the model got worse at (e.g., "Recall improved by 5%, but Precision dropped by 2%").

Execution Steps

  1. Parse the $ARGUMENTS to extract the metrics.
  2. Format a clear Markdown report.
  3. Include sections for:
    • Topline Metrics: The primary KPIs (Accuracy, F1, RMSE, etc.).
    • Baseline Comparison: How much better is this than a dumb rule?
    • Subgroup/Slice Analysis: Did performance degrade for specific subsets?
    • Confusion Matrix/Error Analysis: Where is the model making its most costly mistakes?
  4. Output the Markdown report and optionally save it to reports/YYYY-MM-DD-evaluation.md.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

evaluation-report is a command published in the GitHub repository yeaight7/agent-powerups (6 stars, last pushed 19d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 20 tokens to every session and 264 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-14.
