What is update-forgejo?

A Git update procedure for bringing the latest changes from the `anthropics/main` branch into a Forgejo-specific branch. It creates a backup branch before asking for confirmation to merge.

Updating the `forgejo` branch, reviewing upstream commits, creating a rollback point, and merging changes after confirmation.

It reduces the risk of losing Forgejo changes while keeping the branch aligned with upstream work. It also makes the incoming commits and current status visible before and after the merge.
