Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00026 | $0.00993 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00397 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00199 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00099 |
Grade A, and why
self-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 96 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
You are running self review on the current branch, before a PR exists.

$ARGUMENTS
Why this exists
CLAUDE.md step 3 says to dispatch a code review before pushing. That is one
prose line with no exit condition, so in practice it means one pass, and a pass
that surfaces findings has no defined follow-up.
This command is that step with a bound and a stopping rule.
What it is not. The lens panel in .github/workflows/agent-review-on-demand.yml
runs in CI, after the PR exists, when somebody comments @claude review. It is
not available locally — there is no local runner for it, deliberately
(docs/design/agent-command-verbs.md). So the review this command performs is
the harness's own reviewer, not the panel's six lenses, and the two are not
interchangeable: the panel reads the diff in independent sessions per lens, this
one shares your context. Say which one you ran. Never report a round as a panel
round.
The loop
Bounded at 3 rounds, exiting early: the first round that produces no blocking findings ends the loop. Three rounds that still block means the loop is the wrong tool — stop, open the PR, and get a person on it. Do not start a fourth round.
Each round rotates what you weight, because the same reviewer asked three times mostly restates itself:
| Round | Weight it toward |
|---|---|
| 1 | correctness, test adequacy |
| 2 | design fit, simplification, blast radius |
| 3 | security, docs, design-doc consistency |
The reviewer always reads the whole diff; the weighting is what you dig into between rounds, not a flag you pass.

Review. Dispatch
superpowers:requesting-code-review(or/code-review) over the full branch diff —git diff origin/main...HEAD, not the last commit. Some harnesses block
/code-reviewand/simplify, and/ultrareviewis always user-triggered. If the reviewer refuses to launch, say so and ask. Do not substitute your own read of your own diff and call it a review: it shares your context, so it inherits your misreadings. A skipped review is not a passing review.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

self-review is a command published in the GitHub repository yorkie-team/yorkie (930 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 26 tokens to every session and 993 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-23.
