A code-checking command that reads test coverage reports, which show how much of your code is exercised by tests. It accepts LCOV or Istanbul JSON files and checks them against coverage limits.

Use it to run a coverage scan and find files below the minimum coverage or new code below its required coverage.

It highlights files with too little test coverage and newly added code that tests do not exercise. This helps reveal gaps before they become harder to fix.
