Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00000 | $0.01006 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00503 |

Grade A, and why
screw-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 125 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
/screw-plan - Cervical Screw Planning
Instrumentation planning for cervical spine fixation.
Description
Plans cervical pedicle/lateral mass/pars screw trajectories with safety assessment. Integrates vertebral artery evaluation for C1-C2 constructs.
Usage
/screw-plan C1-C2 # Plan C1-C2 fixation (auto technique)
/screw-plan C3-C6 lateral_mass # Specific technique
/screw-plan C1-C2 harms # Harms technique specifically
Instructions
When the user invokes this command:
1. Parse arguments
Extract from $ARGUMENTS:
- levels: vertebral levels for instrumentation (e.g., "C1-C2", "C3-C6")
- technique (optional): "auto", "harms", "magerl", "lateral_mass", "pedicle"
If no levels specified, ask the user which levels to instrument.
2. Verify data and segmentation
Call list_scene_nodes(). Requires CT with segmentation.
If no segmentation:
segment_spine(input_node_id=<ct_id>, region="cervical")
3. Vertebral artery check (MANDATORY for C1-C2)
If levels include C1 or C2:
segment_vertebral_artery(
volume_node_id=<cta_volume_id>,
segmentation_node_id=<seg_id>
)
CRITICAL: If no CTA is available and C1-C2 is involved, WARN the user:
WARNING: C1-C2 instrumentation planned without CTA.
Vertebral artery assessment is MANDATORY before C1-C2 screw placement.
Please load CTA data or confirm proceeding without VA assessment.
Do NOT proceed with C1-C2 planning without user confirmation if no CTA.
4. Plan screws
plan_cervical_screws(
volume_node_id=<ct_id>,
segmentation_node_id=<seg_id>,
levels=<parsed_levels>,
technique=<technique_or_auto>,
va_segmentation_id=<va_seg_id_if_available>
)
5. Bone quality per level
analyze_bone_quality(
volume_node_id=<ct_id>,
segmentation_node_id=<seg_id>,
levels=<levels_list>
)
6. Documentation screenshots
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

screw-plan is a command published in the GitHub repository zhangreling02-ai/3dslicer-claude-bridge (0 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 1,006 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
