A pre-tool hook that runs before an AI agent uses a Bash command in the Superset repository. If the command is a Git commit, it runs the project's pre-commit checks first.

Use it to enforce pre-commit checks when an agent is about to create a Git commit. It is for repository automation, not for application features.

It adds an automatic quality check before commits, reducing the chance of committing code that fails the repository's configured checks. It does not itself describe what those checks contain.
